2. SUBJECT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the TOS”) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Mobile Application downloadable from the Google Play© and Apple Store© stores, and of the Website www.qlower.com made available to Users.
