Stéphane joined Qlower in February 2024, as a data analyst on a work-study basis for 2 years.

After a bachelor's degree in marketing, he decided to specialize in accounting and finance by completing a course of four years. This training allowed him to acquire solid skills in financial analysis, cash management and general accounting.

With his knowledge, he then joined the real estate sector where he worked for five years. He has held various positions, allowing him to acquire comprehensive experience in the field: accounting, condominium trustee, transaction, rental management and rental. He has developed a passion for real estate and has acquired a detailed knowledge of the market and its players.

However, he has always been fascinated by data and its potential to improve efficiency and decision making. He therefore decided to retrain as a data analyst in the field of real estate. He is convinced that data analysis can bring considerable added value to this sector by making it possible to better understand market trends, optimize real estate management and target potential customers.

Qlower is the link that connects all of his training and professional experiences. Stéphane represents a major asset by bringing together all areas of the company.

Outside of his professional life, he is a big fan of Formula 1. He assiduously follows the races and admires the technological and human prowess of the drivers and teams. He also appreciates the strategic aspect of the race and the tension that reigns during the Grands Prix.

He is a rigorous, methodical person with an excellent analytical mind. He also has good interpersonal skills and knows how to work in a team. He is excited to put his skills and passion at the service of his new job as a data analyst in real estate.
